We pride ourselves on being different from other law firms. Your case is about more than just the money — it's about your financial needs and ensuring your future is protected. We view our clients as our employer, and ourselves as the client's employee.
After graduating from law school in 1983, our lead attorney Peter Stanford clerked for a Federal Judge, then worked in insurance defense. He was never comfortable with defense-side tactics. In 1989, he opened his own firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients — not against them.
In 2024, his daughter Annie Stanford joined the firm after graduating from law school in 2020. Together, this father-daughter team has handled thousands of cases. No matter what it takes, we are ready to go the distance for our clients.
We work on a contingency fee — you do not pay legal fees unless we obtain a successful outcome in your case.
